18.00-21.00 -	Welcome Reception at Equatorial Hotel and Cultural Show - traditional Indian dance performance (please bring your camera)

Wednesday, June 2nd

8.00 -	Registration at ECMS Office desk (Equatorial Hotel)
9.00 - 10.00	Pleanary session 1
10.00-10.30	Coffee break
10.30-12.30	Sessions
12.30-14.00	Lunch at Equatorial Hotel
14.00-16.00	Sessions
16.00-18.00	Board Meeting

Thursday , June 3rd

8.00 -	Registration at ECMS Office desk (Equatorial Hotel)
9.00 - 10.00	Pleanary session 2
10.00-10.30	Coffee break
10.30-12.30	Sessions
12.30-14.00	Lunch at Equatorial Hotel

18.00-22.00	Conference Dinner on a boat on the Putrajaya Lake; we will leave from the Equatorial Hotel at 18.00 and are expected to return to Equatorial at approx. 22.00 (Please bring your camera as this is a very scenic tour)
